Position Summary

The NYU Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, MBA International Programs in the Office of Student Engagement. The selected candidate will manage all aspects of the ?Doing Business In? Programs. S/he will work closely with global partners and NYU administration to manage the execution and multi-faceted operations of DBis to ensure successful delivery of programs. S/he will oversee all logistics for successful course delivery of DBis including: communications; marketing; providing guidance on health and safety; registration processes; implementing policies and procedures; and planning and presenting at pre-departure meetings to prepare students for upcoming courses. S/he will manage vendors including travel agencies and oversee collection and management of student data. The selected candidate will also plan and present at information sessions for prospective DBi participants and advise students on all aspects of the programs. International travel is required.

Qualifications

The selected candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in program delivery that encompasses project and budget management or the equivalent combination. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing, and organizational skills are essential along with proven leadership skills. Experience in higher education, conference planning, or international programs is preferred. Relationship management experience, international work or study experience and second language proficiency is also preferred.
