To establish D2C goals and benchmarks by brands and region in a joint effort with the brands and to develop a roadmap to achieve

To monitor and report full integration of all sales touch-points among the D2C channels (owned .com, Retailers, eRetailers and Pure Players, FSS)

To provide strategic support to Regional and Local Brands Teams to reach their D2C Sales & Profit goals sharing accountability

Scout incremental opportunities via new channels (i.e. Pure Players, IM platforms, Social Commerce, Cross Border) and build appropriate biz cases and ROI models

To assist in the recruitment, definition of roles and responsibilities of an outstanding motivated, state-of-the-art Omni-channel D2C Team for all regions

To monitor Sales and Profit performance of the Global EC/D2C network

To maintain a global EC roadmap with an evolutionary mindset to constantly re-set industrys benchmarks and achieve #1 digital leadership position

To mentor C-level Stakeholders and other team members so that the D2C approach deeply seeds inside the organization

To fuel and challenge Regional and Local Brand Teams with a constant innovation approach

Expertise and experience with China eCommerce platforms and internet companies (Alibaba, JD.com, WeChat, TenCent, Baidu, Jumei, etc.)

Qualifications & Competencies:

At least 7-10 years in a large eCommerce business with an understanding of all regions and experience with Asian Markets (China focus)
Deep understanding of the digital B2C business with a mix of CRM, media, creative, technical and sales knowledge
Experience in financial modeling, market research and value creation
To the point, practical, results-driven
Innovative, has a disruptive mindset, constantly looks forward
Entrepreneurial, autonomous, open to collaboration
Capable of working in a large corporate environment without full guidance (finds her/his path and makes it happen)
Capable of raising consensus at all levels: peers, executives, team members
Pushes the organization to constantly improve, shows opportunities, stimulates out-of-the-box thinking
Understanding of the beauty market is a ++
