FARMACY AT CHEFS CLUB COUNTER

Chefs Club Counter is seeking EXPERIENCED HOSTS for our new 6-month PLANT BASED & VEGAN residency with Farmacy from England for 6 months from September to February.

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about hospitality, plant-based cuisine, and vegan dining. Joining our teams opens doors to meeting chefs and styles from around the world.

The ideal candidates:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail
  • Expert-level OpenTable experience
  • Energetic and friendly demeanor; someone who goes above and beyond for their guests
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Brand ambassador for Chefs Club Counter & our resident chefs
  • Act with honesty and integrity
  • Minimum 2-years working in a full service restaurant; plant-based and vegan cuisine experience is a plus

ABOUT: Farmacy grows, makes, and serves transformational food. Labelled as the friendly face of plant- based eating in London and founded by Camilla Al Fayed - Farmacy champions the belief that food is medicine and supports both local farming and sustainability. The first incarnation of their brand was the flagship Notting Hill restaurant and bar. Its aim was to make healthy food both delicious and fun, and to offer it in a truly beautiful setting. Since its launch in April 2016, Farmacy has become renowned for its innovative and delicious organic dishes, as well as its exciting array of choice plant-based comfort foods.

ABOUT FARMACY AT CCC: Farmacy Kitchen is coming to NYC for a 6-month residency at Chefs Club Counter. Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, serving Farmacy favorites including the Farmacy Burger, Earth Bowls, truffle Mac n Cheese and refined sugar-free cookies.

MISSION: Farmacy s mission is to create a sustainable & holistic approach to food and agriculture. This is a movement that promotes plant-based organic eating and a chemical-free approach, connecting everything between the soil & the sun.

DATES: September 13, 2019 February 29, 2020 (Six months)

HOURS OF OPS:Monday Sunday 8AM 10PM (Serving lunch and dinner, breakfast will begin on 09/17)

CUISINE: Plant-based, Vegan
